FAQ

  • This is for active adults who want their body to work well and feel great for the long term. It’s for those who want to be strong, athletic, and in good shape, taking pride in how their body feels, performs, and looks.

    Although many people who train with Ellipse are athletes, you do not have to be one to start. The workouts are progressive, with a starting point for all levels.

  • I always recommend starting with the Athlete for Life - Rebuild. However, we also have new specialty programs coming out. To make it easier, there are videos explaining where to start and what each program is for. If you're still lost, don’t worry, your coach is there to guide you!

  • No, you don't need a commercial gym. Some exercises may require cables or specialty equipment, but most can be done at home if you have a rack, bench, barbell, dumbbells and bands. If you're unable to do a specific exercise, you can easily swap it out for an alternative that works for you.

  • Our membership is centred around the Athlete for Life program, broken up into multiple training blocks with weekly progressions. We also offer specialty programs for running, skiing, snowboarding, and other activities, which are added periodically. Additionally, your membership includes workout breakdowns, tutorials, group feedback on techniques and questions, and in-app tracking of your workouts, body stats, and nutrition.

  • Ellipse On-Demand is a subscription that costs $47 per month and you can cancel the membership anytime.

  • Although we do offer 1-on-1 coaching, it is through an application process, as there is limited availability. CLICK HERE TO APPLY
