I am the founder and head coach of Ellipse, where we empower dedicated adult athletes to achieve their goals—whether it’s completing your first Ironman, setting a new personal record in lifting, or shedding those last 20 pounds.
At my core, I am a performance coach with extensive experience working with collegiate, national, and Olympic athletes, as well as in educating coaches and developing effective performance systems.
With five years as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of British Columbia (UBC), I led a team that supported over 500 athletes across more than 20 teams. I also served as the head S&C coach for Swimming Canada at the Vancouver Olympic Training Facility, and have collaborated with athletes in various amateur and professional sports organizations.
At Ellipse, our mission is to provide a supportive, process-driven training experience for everyone—from competitive athletes and weekend warriors to those seeking to enhance their health and fitness.
In essence, we deliver top-tier service and results, helping to cultivate elite individuals.

I’m a fitness & performance coach with a lifelong passion for training and performance.
My journey started on the basketball court, where I played at the University of British Columbia, and complete my kinesiology degree, before competing professionally overseas in Austria, Slovakia, and Iceland.
Fitness has always been a constant in my life. While basketball shaped my foundation, I’ve since shifted my focus toward endurance and hybrid-style training. I’ve completed multiple 50K ultra marathons and continue to pursue a balance of strength, power, and endurance in my own training.
I bring that same mindset to my coaching, helping others unlock their potential, train with purpose, and build the confidence to take on any challenge.
